2024年6月26日に高橋留美子原作、漫画「らんま1/2」の完全新作アニメが制作が発表されました。

2024年7月17日18:00〜、公式Xアカウントのライブ配信にて続報を発表予定のようです。

フィールや旭のような、基盤のしっかりしたスタジオになってほしいな。または、らんまという作品ではたくさんの露骨なヌードがあるので、彼らのどちらかを選ぶしかないとも思う。

でも、デイヴィッドプロダクションもいいかな。『うる星やつら』では、高橋留美子の作風を忠実に再現しつつ、原作から大胆に逸脱した素晴らしいコメディ作品を作った。らんま1/2は、性やロマンスが多いので、より大きな挑戦になると思うけど、彼らにもチャンスを与えてあげたい。

MAPPAは過去10年で大きく成長したけど、それでも彼らがらんまを手がけるのにはあまり熱心ではないんだ。

I’d love for it to be a based studio like feel or asahi. I also struggle see how you have a show like Ranma that had so much copious nudity unless you go with one of these guys.

But I’d be fine with David too. Their UY did a good job constructing a show that felt very authentically Takahashi while still taking a lot of liberty with the source. It was a great comedy. I think R1/2 is a bigger challenge for them given the sex and romance, but I’d give them a shot.

MAPPA has improved a ton in the last decade, and I’m still just not that enthusiastic about the prospect of them doing Ranma.

オリジナルのアニメには無駄でつまらない閑話がたくさんあって、7シーズンとOVAで漫画の半分も進んでいない。なのに、なぜこんなに時間がかかったのかは本当に理解できない。『らんま』は最も人気のあるシリーズの一つなのに、なぜか最後の数話をアニメ化するのに必要な1～2シーズンにまとめなかったのだろうか？

Ecchi manga such as To Love Ru would not exist without Ranma so if this Ranma remake ends up having no nipples due to Mappa, it would be the equivalent of Mappa committing historical revisionism by hiding the fact that Ranma was one of the predecessors of both ecchi anime and manga.

アニメでは、サスケとのオリジナルエピソードのおかげで、小太刀は右京よりも出演時間が長い。実際、小太刀は漫画にはほとんど登場しないが、80年代のアニメは彼女を留美子が使った以上に活用していた。アニメでは、彼女が登場しない原作のストーリーをアレンジして使っていたことさえある。

Only in the anime Kodachi gets more screentime than Ukyo due to all the anime original episodes with Sasuke, Kodachi is barely in the manga at all, so gotta give the 80s anime props for using her more than Rumiko ever did, the anime even used her in adaptations of manga stories where she wasn’t

林原めぐみの声って今の時代じゃそんなに悪いかな？また、オリジナルサウンドトラックとDoCoの音楽は乱馬の成功の大きな要素だったけど、今後どうなるか気になるな。

Does megumi sound that bad nowadays? Also the ost and music with DoCo group was a big part of ranma success, I wonder how it will turn out now
