青い薔薇を完成させた猫猫だが、ついに実の父、羅漢と対峙することに。
軍師であり象棋も得意な羅漢に、猫猫は条件付きの象棋の勝負を申し込む。
その条件とは、猫猫が勝ったら羅漢は緑青館の妓女を身請けすること。
勝負の行方にハラハラする壬氏と高順が見守る中、勝利を重ねる羅漢だが、“毒”を仕込んだ酒を用意した猫猫の作戦は……。
